1.8 Tonne Smooth Drum Roller
The Wacker Neuson RD18 is a 1.7 tonne tandem roller for asphalt surfacing, driveways, small car parks, footpaths and kerb-side reinstatement. Twin 1,000mm vibrating drums, driven on both ends, with two selectable amplitude settings for base and finishing passes.
The drums are mounted on one side with an offset, so there is no overhang on either edge. You can compact right up against kerbs, walls and boundaries from both directions without leaving a strip for the plate compactor. A three-point articulated pendulum joint keeps weight even across both drums through turns and on slopes, and the ROPS bar folds down for transport and low clearances.
